Self-Exclusion

Block your account for periods ranging from 1 week to 5 years, or permanently, if you feel gambling is becoming harmful or out of control.

During self-exclusion you will not be able to deposit or gamble. Login and withdrawal options will remain available. You will also stop receiving any promotional materials from us.

If you choose self-exclusion for a defined period of time, your account will be unblocked automatically once the self-exclusion expires and you will start receiving promotional materials again. However, if you opt for the permanent self-exclusion, your account will be permanently closed with no reactivation permitted and you will not be able to open new accounts.

Permanent Account Closure

If you wish to close your account permanently due to gambling concerns and/or gambling addiction, please contact our customer support, clearly stating the closure reason. Your account will be permanently closed with no reactivation permitted.
